    UPDATE: Rather than releasing Customer Acuity as a seperate product we are integrating all the features of Customer Acuity into two major software products that are in development.

   We are pleased to announce that what was once originally billed as Email Magic Pro, has so increased in scope as of it's inception in late 2003 that we have been forced to rename the product to correspond to it's increased functionality. As of today the package to be released will be called Customer Acuity, and it will be composed of several components that form a unified suite of products that handle all forms of Customer Relationship Management.

CustomerAcuity- is a versatile CRM system that allows all forms of customer interaction to be taken to the next level of efficiency and flexibility. This software through it's definable rules allows businesses to manage customer service and sales communications effectively and with scalability.

  • Employee load balancing
  • Detailed communication logs
  • Detailed efficiency analysis
  • Extract data from emailed forms
  • Maintains customer data (including information requests, customer service issues and dates, feedback data)
  • Can email surveys/customer service feedback and store responses automatically
  • Remote information retrieval via email and web(Price lists, etc.)
  • Automated serial number dispersal (for software products)
  • Variable automated response

Built to utilize the latest ASP.NET framework and MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL. We expect a late December 2011 release date for CustomerAcuity, pricing has yet to be determined. A managed and customer deployed version will be available.
